An international freight forwarding, clearing and Logistics Company headquartered out of Johannesburg South Africa, specialising in providing expert OCEAN, AIR, ROAD & RAIL services, retained Eseka Services.

Requirements 
The company wanted to grow its existing customer base. It targets both importers and exporters; however, the company wanted to extend its reach to include large volume exporters. Eseka was appointed to develop leads for the client to follow up on and research opportunities in the market place.

Solution
Eseka Services proposed the following strategy:Through tele-research, Eseka researched opportunities and set appointments.The project incorporated the following:

  • Researched prospects' current suppliers and determined if there was an opportunity to offer a competitive service as opposed to their current supplier 
  • Set up appointments with prospects and the client 
  • Wrote case studies and sent to targeted prospects 
  • Obtained testimonials from satisfied clients (Written) 
  • Wrote press releases and issued it to freight publications  

Results
Eseka was successful in obtaining the following results:
  • 6-10 qualified appointments per month with an excellent closure rate 
  • Developed a database of contacts with email addresses
